Fujieda have a great chance to make it two wins on the bounce as they travel to 16th place Honda Lock tomorrow for a 3pm kick off.
Fujieda MYFC team news
Following last week’s red card, striker Alan is suspended for the next two matches. This means he will miss tomorrow’s game and also next week at home to HOYO Oita.
Following his debut last week at centre back, Kanta Takahashi could remain at centre back with Shogo Fujimaki as they kept a clean sheet last weekend. The only way that could change is if Toshihide Saito is available again as he could come in a right back which would see Shinji Tominari move back into the heart of the defence.
I am unsure what is quite going on with Kerlon. He has been on the bench four matches in a row now but has not played a single minute in any of them. Whether he will play tomorrow is unknown, but if he does it will be a massive boost.
Honda Lock fact file
Nickname: The Lock
Ground: Miyazaki Ivy Stadium
Season in JFL: 5th
Last season: 16th
Honda Lock are continuing where they left out last season as they currently sit in 16th, where they finished last year. However, they have had a few more away games than they have at home so will be hoping to climb up the table.
To say they have struggled for goals this season is an understatement. They are currently the second lowest scorers in the league with just 15 goals in 21 matches this year.
Currently leading flying the flag for goal scoring are three defenders. Tsuneyaku Ueda, Yasuomi Kugisaki and Yosuke Miyaji each have three goals this season for The Lock and are joint top scorers. By total opposite, Tatsuki Kinoshita has player 20 games this season up front and is yet to score.
The side also has two players suspended, defender Yutaka Kushima and midfielder Yuichiro Yamashita are both banned for this game.
Last season’s result
Last year at the Miyazaki Ivy Stadium, Honda Lock won 1-0.
